True North Tropical | Afro-Heritage Farm

True North Tropical is an Afro-heritage farm in Baden, Ontario, growing culturally meaningful produce locally, without synthetic chemicals or GMOs, and harvested at peak flavour.

On this channel, we take you behind the scenes of building the farm, share what we’re learning, and teach what we know about growing food that matters for us, by us, in the diaspora.

Expect farm vlogs, growing tips, experiments, home-garden how-tos and simple ways to cook and enjoy foods that feel like home.

We believe fresh cultural food shouldn’t be so hard to find, and everyone deserves access to food that reflects them.

Come grow with us.
