ULTRA100 | УЛЬТРА100

Ultramarathon Elton Ultra-Treil - a channel that differs from the usual treylovy marathon and that is a real ultra trail. We will understand and explain why people come to the long run and what is interesting marathon cross-country running. Also we argue that is the proper running and how to run, which is the correct running technique and how to begin to run for beginners. Our project has transformed into an international marathon in extreme conditions, so this becomes a channel of running a school, to answer many questions about running, nutrition, gear, shoes and most preparing for a marathon, ultramarathon, trail and ultratreylam. And if you participate in the marathon, now it seems to you something unreal, just answer yourself the question: Do I want to run around? And if the answer is "yes", then we are glad to see you in their ranks!
