Uncle Vic & the Blues Maestros

Formed in Rowland Heights, CA in 2002 by Victor Negrete (Uncle Vic).

Initially a three piece, the then named Blues Alley consisted of Kuma Amarasekara on guitar, Ed Negrete on bass and Vic Negrete on drums.

A plethora of quality musicians have called Blues Alley their band at one time over the years.

Shout Outs to: Mario (vocals), Robert James Rodriguez (harmonica, vocals), Mark Ozueta (keyboard), Tony 'Teddy Bear' Rodriguez (harmonica), Steve Ezaki (slide guitar), German Montenegro (guitar, vocals), James Tamburro (harmonica, percussion), and Jorge Lopez (guitar, vocals).

With the addition of Bernie Brizuela (harmonica, vocals) in 2019 and Ernie Machuca (keyboard) in 2021, the band continues it's hard work ethic and determined path to present quality blues music to awaiting ears.

2024 is looking to be our most accomplished year yet, starting with a new band name - Uncle Vic & the Blues Maestros.
