Hello and welcome to Unlearning the Loop! My name is Emily and I’m so glad you stumbled across my page. If you’re living with mental illness and feeling exhausted or alone, I want you to know that I see you. Healing is possible, and I’m documenting my own recovery to show you what's on the other side.
