I used to live my life in active addiction. I used to be lost, hopeless and uninspired. I used to be something that was NOT who I was created to be. One day something changed in my mind. I wanted to live and not just live but live my bestiest life. Now I am a certified spirituality coach who just so happens to be a content creator. l am on a journey and I am discovering so much. As I learn, I teach, I share what knowledge I have obtained. My goal is to support, motivate, encourage and inspire others. My goal is  to turn on the light inside all those that will allow it. Addiction, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, spirituality, personal growth and pretty much anything else under the sun are areas I know all too well. This content is based off of that, my experience and  the knowledge I have obtained. This content is to be of service to all those in need. That means you too!
