We are Joe and Adrien, a retired educator duo with a combined 55+ years of experience in public education. We've dedicated our careers to serving students and families across diverse communities in Arizona, Nevada and Oregon from rural classrooms to urban schools. 

Joe, a seasoned educator with over 30 years of experience, has worn many hats – high school agriculture teacher and FFA adviser, department chair, program coordinator, school psychologist, and district/school administrator. 

Adrien, a Southern Oregon native, has spent over 25 years as a teacher and speech-language pathologist, focusing on supporting disadvantaged students and families. 

We're eager to bring our dedication, experience, and passion to the world of property maintenance. We believe our unique skillset will allow us to provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for both property owners and tenants.
