UseYourAddiction

UseYourAddiction is education and coaching for functioning people with addictive patterns.

The behaviour is the visible part of a wider pattern. We explore what the pattern is responding to: how life is organised around it, what keeps it necessary, and what becomes possible as more of it can be seen.

Here you'll find reflections, conversations and interviews about addiction, recurring patterns, awareness, relationships, work, identity and the life underneath behaviour.

UseYourAddiction was founded by coach and writer Eric Goutier.
