Sometimes we have the desire, even the inspiration, but we look ourselves in the mirror and do not see the person we know we can be. We have a few extra pounds, we are settling for boring jobs and mediocre relationships. Our health and fitness status is not the best either…but we don’t even know where to start. We need a guide, a coach, a helping hand. Someone to be with us until we learn to fly high on our own.
