Walking The Next Chapter with Brian

Walking the next chapter, one mile at a time.

This channel is a collection of unhurried walks—mostly on familiar trails, sometimes somewhere new. No rush, no noise, no overproduction. Just steady miles, natural sound, and the occasional thought along the way.

Walking helped me progress through recovery from chemo and surgery faster than I would have otherwise. I would love to share some of the benefits I’ve received from walking 10 or more minutes a day.

If you’re looking for a slower pace, a bit of quiet, or just a place to clear your head, you’re welcome to come along.
