Walking With Tracy - Books, Life, Buffalo Bills

The Perimenopausal Woman's Guide to Walking, Reading, and Screaming at the Screen

I'm a perimenopausal, permanently exhausted Buffalo Bills fan who lost eighty pounds and discovered that people who lose the pounds are still just as miserable, so I make myself happy cruising. Now I walk. I read. I yell at the television during football games. And now, I film it.
What you'll see:
Walking vlogs where I review books while walking through my neighborhood, and the slow decline of my knee cartilage
Unsolicited opinions on NFL football, specifically why the Buffalo Bills are trying to end me personally
Cruise content, because it makes me happy
Brutally honest reports from the perimenopause front lines: night sweats, memory loss, sudden bouts of unreasonable rage.
Zero inspiration. Zero "you go girl" energy. Just a woman moving forward because stopping means thinking about it more.
