My name is Toni, and I'm a father, husband, and a man in his 40s. When I entered my 40s, I began struggling with chronic pain and digestive disorders. It was debilitating and frustrating, and nothing seemed to work for me—until I discovered the carnivore diet. I realized that inflammation from food was a significant cause of my problems. 

Adopting a carnivore diet, which I consider a proper human diet, healed me and gave me a new lease on life. Driven by excitement and a desire to give back, I started this channel to help spread the message and support the carnivore community.
