What Am I Thankful For (The Podcast)

We are Joe and Desiree. Our son Maddux is truly 1 in 100 million!

Before he was born, Maddux and Desiree underwent fetal surgery to repair his Spina Bifida, one of the rarest interventions in pediatric medicine. He also has achondroplasia. The odds of one child carrying both conditions are roughly 1 in 100 million. 

The What Am I Thankful For Podcast is honest, hopeful conversation about raising a medically complex child. The IEP battles, the surgeries, the hard seasons and the moments of joy, growth, and connection you never saw coming.
