Yoga with Cat - Catherine Bernard

Yoga & Pilates teacher en francais and in English. My name is Catherine, aka Cat, from France, living in Ireland 20 years. I trained to teach Yoga and Pilates as a path for self improvement and to help others.
After an interesting and busy corporate career, I wanted to be my own boss, so I am now self-employed. I use my business experience to work as a marketing/export consultant and I teach Yoga/Pilates. Having both gives me balance and fulfillment. 
I believe Yoga/Pilates/Meditation is for everyone. A practice can be as challenging or as relaxing as you need it to be. My classes have a strong focus on alignment and encompass mindfulness and stress management. I teach public classes, 1 to 1, and corporate classes in the Dublin area, or now ONLINE.
