Yoga with Maria Therese

My name is Maria Therese and I'm a certified yoga instructor.

One of my biggest passions is to help people understand all the benefits that yoga offers ALL of us. It doesn't matter how strong or flexible you are - yoga is for everyone no matter who you are and where you come from. Another important value for me is to stress the importance of how yoga is not about self-improvement, it's about self acceptance. Many of us spend too much time on striving towards achievement and never look at ourselves as good enough. We need to understand that our value as humans has nothing to do with what we do or achieve in life.  

These are values that will be present in all my videos.
