Sujin, a Korean Journalist exploring New York

Hi, I’m Sujin! I’m a journalist and author with 12 years of experience mostly in South Korea. Back in 2016, I worked as an Africa correspondent travelling to seven countries - Ethiopia, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. That journey led me to write my first book,‘Pole Pole Africa’ where I share my experience on the continent.

I studied Politics/International Relations and Communication at Korea University and later earned my master's degree(MSc) in Politics and Communication from the London School of Economics.

Now I’m based in New York, exploring every corner of this incredible city. On this channel, I share what I’ve learned and experienced along the way. Thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy the journey with me.
