Yuvadeepthi - KCYM is the official youth movement of Kothamangalam Diocese. It functions under Kerala Catholic Youth Movement recognized by KCBC Commission for Youth. KCYM affiliated to national wide organization Indian Catholic Youth Movement (ICYM).The main aim of KCYM is the integral development of catholic youth and the total liberation of human society in accordance with the Christian values.  Its motto is “Change the World through your parish”. St. Thomas More, who lived with the principal “Rejoice in the lord” is the heavenly patron of KCYM.The diocesan youth movement Yuvadeepthi established in 1972. By the blessing of Bishop Mar. George Punnakottil in 1991 Yuvadeepthi is surged whole over the diocese under the guidance of Fr. Mathew Thottathimaliyil. Now its spread over 12 forane and more than 110 parish. Person who belongs to age between 15 – 35 of the diocese can join to this movement.
