Yvette S. Dockery

“I didn’t come here to be perfect… I came here to be real.

I’m Yvette S. Dockery, author of Almost Poly: Finding Emotional Safety After Love.

I speak from lived experience—
the kind that teaches you love isn’t always safe,
and healing isn’t always pretty.

This space is for the quiet realizations…
the lessons disguised as love…
and the moments you choose yourself, even when it hurts.

Still healing.
Still becoming.
Still choosing me.

If you’ve ever had to lose yourself to find yourself again…
you’re not alone here.

📚 Almost Poly is available on Amazon.”
