ZOE Yoga Lifestyle~ Rest & Relax Online Sanctuary

A quiet space on the internet, helping you regulate your nervous system and come home to yourself through Yoga Nidra / Non-Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR), somatic movement & orientation, spine-safe yoga, and holistic healing.

Welcome to ZOE Yoga Lifestyle, an online sanctuary for deep rest, resilience, and embodied living. Whether you’re navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, sleep challenges, grief, chronic pain, or simply longing to slow down, you’ll find practices and conversations designed to help you reconnect with yourself. I’m Dina, a trauma-informed yoga educator with 20+ years of experience.

After serving the Tampa community for nearly two decades, I’m now teaching online while preparing to move and live the slow life & host future wellness retreats in my ancestral village in Greece.

Go deeper by joining my online Sanctuary + Deep Rest monthly memberships, where I support you in relaxation and deep rest right from your bed!
