When you feel like stopping for a moment in this fast-paced world...
I, too, on a day when the weight of life felt overwhelming, unexpectedly received great comfort from a single phrase of the Buddha's teachings.
The peace and wisdom I felt at that moment were too precious to keep to myself.
Leaving behind complex thoughts, I wish to record and share the Buddha's teachings so that you can look back on yourself for even just one minute a day and find peace of mind.
I hope this place becomes a small shade of a tree where your exhausted heart can take a rest.
Namo Amitabha🙏
