Power of Failure: Becoming

Power of Failure: Becoming
Failure is making you who you are.
None of us likes to fail. Yet something strange happens when we hear someone else's story of failure. "They're just like me." "I'm not alone in this." Stories of success separate us. They are over there, and I am over here. But stories of failure connect us. You are in me, and I am in you.
Success proves who you are, but failure makes you who you are. Success is arrival. Failure is the journey. Success is Being — a finished state, a destination reached. Once you're there, it's done. Failure is Becoming — always in progress, never finished. Only the process remains.
This channel asks: are you trying to arrive, or are you trying to become?
This is not a consolation that failure is okay. It is the truth that failure is making you.
