HION juhee

'Hee-ro-ae-rak' is a Korean expression that encompasses all the emotions we experience in life: joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure. And the flow of these emotions is deeply connected to the changes in a woman’s menstrual cycle.

From energy levels and mood to appetite, motivation, and focus— Our body's rhythm shifts at each stage of the cycle, causing our emotions to sway as well. In the end, the body and mind move together as one cycle.

I learned this firsthand during a time when I struggled with amenorrhea, yo-yo dieting, and severe mood swings after extreme weight loss.

Since then, I have developed routines to restore both body and mind through menstrual cycle training and TCI (Temperament and Character Inventory) analysis. Today, as a women’s health recovery trainer, I have been part of the transformation of countless clients.
