Welcome to Maple & Kimchi!
We're a multicultural family of three—Canadian mum Brittaney, Korean appa Seolung, and our little explorer Austyn—living life together in South Korea. This channel is our way of sharing weekly mini-adventures, sweet everyday moments, and memories as our son grows up.

From cozy home days to local Korean outings, this is a digital scrapbook for family across the world (especially in Canada and England)—and anyone who loves a peek into real life across cultures.

Subscribe to follow along with our journey—rooted in maple, spiced with kimchi!

Maple & Kimchi
