I am a 36 year old real estate investor and agent. In 2006 I started in sales at a company called Vector Marketing, some may know it as Cutco. Within my first campaign with them I awarded the 21st for highest sales in the Nation while being a full time college student. I was hooked in the world of sales and knew the w9 life was for me. I am using this channel to give away all my knowledge from 13+ years of being an agent turned investor. I've started multiple businesses. I've flipped multiple properties with absolutely $0 out of my pocket with creative financing. Its important to have a healthy mindset, healthy body, and of course healthy finances. I believe that living the w9 life allows you to excel in all walks of life.
