Edge and Tide

Welcome to Edge & Tide.

Join me as I explore the beaches, clifftop paths and hidden corners of South Wales, with walks, trail runs and outdoor adventures along the way.

I'm also rebuilding my fitness after a rheumatoid arthritis diagnosis. That's part of my journey, but this channel is about much more than that — it's about getting outside, discovering new places and enjoying the journey at my own pace.

Expect coastal walks, trail-running progress, beautiful scenery, honest experiences and the occasional look at the gear I use along the way.

No pressure to be the fastest. No need for every adventure to be epic. Just coastal paths, open horizons and a reason to get outside.

Subscribe and come explore with me.
