Emma Jayne Fit

Welcome to my channel!!

I started my fitness journey in January 2020! I’ve been documenting my journey since, all the highs and lows, every phase. In 2022/23 I got my qualifications and became an online health and fitness coach so I can also help other women achieve their goals in a healthy and sustainable way. I love to spread positivity about body image, relationship with foods etc! It’s been a journey but I hope if you have came across my channel you love it too!I hope you have as much fun watching as I do filming it!! I upload new videos every Sunday at 4pm!:)
