Hi!!!  My name is Mala and this channel represents a showcase of my Unique cooking recipes. I revel in creating a unique fusion of American, Indian, West Indian, and Italian cuisines among a few others.  I’m a humble & simple home chef!  Cooking has been a hobby or rather passion of mine ever since I was a teen. As a young adult, my passion burned steadily especially when I put my own spin on each unique recipe. I grew up watching my Mother & Nani (maternal grandmother) in the kitchen with constant wonder & amazement as I devoured each delicious meal they produced. I’m a firm believer that food is meant to be enjoyed. It's the very medicine for our souls...in addition to our bodies.  This channel showcases the uniqueness of my recipes and proves that there’s an inner chef in each and every one of us. Yes, it’s true!  My motto is that Cooking should be uncomplicated!
