JJ and The Mystics is a Soul Rock and Roots Revival band founded by New Mexico Born soul seeker, singer-songwriter, actor, performance coach and lifelong musician JJ Raschel. Drawing from blues, soul, funk, reggae, folk, rock, and world music, they build a sound that is immediately familiar and entirely their own — melodic and groove-driven, soulful and powerful, built to move the soul, while exploring mysticism, freedom and unity! 
JJ Raschel has written over 300 songs and spent decades honing his craft across stages, studios, and screen — including work alongside acclaimed actors and directors in film and television. That depth shows up in the music. Songs drawn from lived experience: love and loss, struggle and redemption, the long road back to yourself, and the joy of arriving.
