Karwaan : The Heritage Exploration Initiative

Karwaan: The Heritage Exploration was founded in 2019. Since our inception, we have worked towards initiating dialogues on histories, heritages, and cultures among the general public. We aim at bridging the gap that exists between academia and public history.

Founded in 2019 by Eshan Sharma, it has emerged as one of India's most active history collectives. The idea behind Karwaan is to promote the knowledge of history among young minds and the general public and inspire them to be inquisitive and committed to this field, as well as to make people understand the importance of heritage and history.
