Patricia Tchoko

I’m a builder of systems, a seeker of meaning, and a founder driven by the belief that healthcare should heal more than just the body.
For over a decade, I’ve been leading healthtech initiatives across Europe and Emerging countries, not just to digitize care but to restore dignity, clarity, and connection within it.

I started MEDx eHealthCenter to help governments and communities reimagine their health systems using technology, from digital hospitals to national health architectures. Later, I founded UIZ.CARE, a platform designed to support youth mental health and free up precious time for GPs using ethical AI and trauma-informed design.

At the core, my work lives at the intersection of governance, innovation, and the human spirit. I’ve worked with ministries of health, contributed to WHO frameworks, and helped shape care models that make access more universal and care more humane.
Let’s build systems that make people feel seen, safe, and sovereign again.
