SONG (Sounds of the Next Generation)

Music Makes Kids Feel Good!
Sounds of the Next Generation (SONG) uses free, high-quality music experiences to teach lifelong skills and help kids find their voice. Based in Northumberland County, Ontario, we use music to connect our youth with themselves and our entire community's rural culture and show we all belong in SONG.

Our work brings together three harmonized streams of programming:

🎶 After School – Ensemble programs like choir, strings, piano, rock band, and music clubs.
🏫 In School – Teaching Artists working in classrooms with educators across rural schools.
🎤 SoundStage – Live performances where youth step onto professional stages and share their music.

This channel is where we share student performances and highlights with our families, supporters, and community.
