I help people emerge from aches, pains and worry cycles with my unique combo of Yoga Health Coaching & Fascia Release Therapy. I started my business in 1997, when I realized the 7 years spent struggling with my own chronic pain had prepared me to serve others.  That journey through pain, surgery and chaos, took me on a ride through several seasons of life. I'm now a former Interior Designer turned Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Seeker. 

My mission is to guide and serve authentic healing experiences, with Health Habit Journeys and Myo-Fascial Release Therapy sessions. Join me for special in-person Yoga & Fascia Release workshops. I always engage in frank talk about how the Body, Mind and Spirit collaborate and overlap in every area of life.
