Therapy also provides a neutral space for people to explore new and healthy boundaries while working to identify and heal painful emotional experiences, thought patterns, and behaviors.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in working with individuals coping with a wide range of concerns, including trauma-informed care, cross-cultural counseling, couples counseling, identity development, grief work, mindfulness, and the treatment of mood disorders.
