The Waxies

The Waxies are a Celtic/Folk rock band from Grand Rapids, Michigan whose music combines Irish and folk music with  modern punk-rock energy, making for a knock-down, drag-out, hell-of-a-good-time show. 

Named after the 19th-century Dublin cobblers' union, The Waxies' continued success is ensured by their enthusiasm for good music and good times, loyal fanbase, and unique niche in the increasingly popular indie-folk genre.
