FODify It

FODify It!® was established to contribute videos, cookbooks, recipes, personal stories, articles, tips and Monash research findings to the IBS and Low FODMAP community.

Co-founder Amy Laura suffered from a severely painful and misdiagnosed digestive condition (IBS) for thirty years. After countless tests and food regimens with negative results, she suffered a collapse that prompted her to investigate a diet called Low FODMAP. Within 3 days of eating LoFO foods she felt relief of pain and symptoms for the first time in 3 decades.

Amy, her husband Jim, and the Monash trained team they work with are committed to helping people with IBS to find answers and relief. It is their mission to help IBS sufferers to regain their normal lifestyles, enjoy flavorful robust foods, and to live with a calm tummy and freedom of a happy heart.
