We Are Passionate About Pastel
The Pastel Society of the West Coast was organized in 1984 to create a community of pastel artists and promote the soft pastel medium. We have over 300 members in 20 states, as well as International members in Canada, China, and India. 

Pastel Art Exhibitions 
The PSWC sponsors two major pastel  art exhibitions each year. Our annual Membership Online Show showcases the very best work of our members with generous awards. Our Pastels USA International Open Competition is one of the most prestigious annual international open exhibitions in the world of pastel. Pastels USA is always held in either a fine museum or in a high-sales commercial exhibition venue, with a professional and beautifully designed catalog.
