Fluent AF

Ever wonder why we say what we say, believe what we believe, or do the wonderfully weird things we do?

Welcome to Fluent AF, where language meets culture, psychology, humor, and the beautifully complicated experience of being human. Hosted by polyglot and storyteller Priscilla Tovar, this isn’t your typical language podcast.
From cultural traditions and untranslatable expressions to human behavior, identity, travel, and the stories that connect us, we explore the things that make us different and the surprising ways we’re all alike.
Expect thought-provoking conversations, unexpected discoveries, a little irreverence, and plenty of moments that’ll make you say, “Wait, I never thought about it that way.”

Part linguistics. Part psychology. Part storytelling. 100% human.
