Welcome to Automatic Source!  I'm Andrew Treadway and this is my YouTube channel on Python, R, and all things programming and open source.  I'm a data scientist, blogger, and open source contributor.  I love teaching others about how to use code to make life easier!  

Three years ago, I started a blog called TheAutomatic.net, meant to do exactly this.  This channel is a continuation of that vision. I''ll teach you everything from downloading stock data in minutes, how to choose R vs. Python, how to scrape data from almost any source, and anything else from automation to data science.
