Veronica Soldati

HELLO EVERYONE and welcome to my channel!

I'm Veronica, Personal trainer and Fitness coach with international degrees. My Pilates matwork coach is work in progress, I never stop wanting to learn, and that's why I love that much this job!

A few years ago I decided to change my profession from pharmacy to a new one in the world of movement,
I prefer to help people have a healthy lifestyle and avoid that they go to the pharmacy as much as possible ;)

In my channel, you will find some guided workouts that you can do easily with different levels. Movement is freedom and you decide to do it when and where you want, LIGHTMINDEDLY.
We deserve to feel good, and the happiest thing is that it's NEVER too late to start a new lifestyle!

If you like my philosophy and you need someone to guide you, feel free to contact me.
I speak English, Italian, French, and my Spanish is work in progress ;)
