Bettylicious Cooks

Hey! Welcome! I'm Betty and my channel is a journey into the thing I’m most passionate about, African food.

My parentage is Sierra Leone, West Africa and I was born and raised in Liverpool, England. I’ve worked in the hospitality and food industry for twenty years and now specialise in plant based African Creole Soul food. This channel will be a representation of my food journey and the people and food that inspired me along the way. You are welcome to join me!
