Bodyflying Bcn

Welcome to BODYFLYING BCN
Hi, I’m Eleonora Tirabassi — dancer, barre and aerial yoga trainer.
Over the years, I’ve explored and moved through different disciplines — dance, gymnastics, and beyond — searching for answers that traditional methods didn’t always offer.

This journey led me to an essential realization: movement is not just technique, but a dialogue between body and mind. Today, as a movement professional with a versatile approach, I help guide people to reconnect with their bodies — through movement and other mindful practices.
