Glycereens

Rising from the ashes of noisy garage heaven in Brisbane, local sweethearts Glycereens blend their dirty bubblegum aesthetics with garage punk rock tones to create a fuzzed-out sound that is both energetic and super loud. The rock quartet boasts a generous discography of albums and 7” singles, with their third studio album scheduled for release in mid 2023. Their sophomore album “Atomic Army” was welcomed with domestic and international praise, with a 7” single launched on Italian record label, “AUA Records”. 4ZZZ named Atomic Army the 9th most played album in 2021.

Glycereens are Heli Puhakka (lead vocals, rhythm guitar), Sol Robinson (lead guitar, backing vocals), Chris Terry (drums, backing vocals), and Ben Gorringe (bass, backing vocals). In loving memory of Nathan Smith (bass, backing vocals), who left us suddenly in June 2022.
