Mello (SCYOGA)

Mello is all about empowering individuals to move and rest well.

With a nurturing and explorative approach we can learn to feel at home within our own bodies; connecting us to the many benefits of ancient yogic wisdom in our modern day lives. Teachings are inspired by the joint-freeing practices of Tai Chi, the slowness and stilling of Restorative Yoga and the total joy of dance.

Here you'll find some free bitesize movement practices and a handful of meditations. For more content, head on over to https://www.mellohealth.co.uk/
