Mikis Theodorakis Symphony Orchestra

Mikis Theodorakis Symphony Orchestra (M.T.S.O.), was founded in 2020 by Ilias Gkogkidis, based in Corfu. Clustered by young musicians, amateurs & professionals, it has as its axis of creation, the vision for art and culture. The driving force for her birth, was the vision of her founder, to create an orchestra dedicated to the work of Greek composers. Among the goals of M.T.S.O., are the dissemination and rescue of the repertoire of Greek composers, the artistic maturity of its performers, as well as the expansion of the music education of the general public. The M.T.S.O. is dedicated & bears the name of the great Greek composer Mikis Theodorakis, who co-signs for her founding.
