Wilks Paulino

My name is Wilkins Paulino but I go by Wilks, My journey with music can relate to many. At a young age I always admired famous artists in the hip hop industry, such as Biggy smalls, Tupac, pdiddy, and so on. I would always turn up the radio and say this is what I want to do and that gave me the passion to dig into the realm of creativity, at 13 years old on just a dream I started making music with a 20$ mic and Adobe audition. As the years went by my talent grew and my engineering skills sharpened. I was starting to get social love and peers came close to supporting the movement but it wasn't till 19 I sat down with some CEOs to a major record lable and what they told me shook me so deep I dropped it all, at this time I was new to believing in God and just heard the gospel due to a crazy experience of events that forced my life to change. From getting deep into drugs, and gang related violence my life had started to shift and it was all because of Jesus. Now I'm here making this music.
