YogYatra With Shashi

Namaste! I’m Shashi — a professional yoga teacher and founder of Yog Yatra with Shashi (Bangalore, India). On this channel you’ll practice yoga that’s strong, safe, and joyful: Ashtanga-inspired flows, Hatha foundations, Iyengar-style alignment, Trapeze/Aerial strength work, mobility, backbends, inversions, hip openers, and smart drills for knees/shoulders/spine.

My teaching style is simple: awareness + technique + consistency. I break down poses with clear cues, anatomy logic, and realistic progressions—so beginners feel confident and experienced practitioners keep growing without burnout.

I am obsessed with paying close attention to each and every student, ensuring that they receive the best possible experience

Expect: follow-along classes, tutorials, challenges, student stories, and mindset talks to help you build a practice that lasts.
