Mind Bod Adventure Squad

We are Tasha Schumann and Jeff Warren - creatives, meditation teachers, and besties. We get really excited about exploring the weird and wonderful world of “practice” - things we can do with our minds and bodies to learn, grow, and connect. Not only do practices expand our personal thriving, they also expand our capacity for kindness and community. And ultimately, they expand our consciousness.

The Mind Bod Adventure Squad is a place for you to connect with techniques and resources that can support you. We believe the path to wisdom and meaning is best discovered through curiosity and play - so make it weird and whimsical! Thanks for joining the adventure with us.
