As a ThetaHealing practitioner and instructor, I've been fascinated with how our children instill beliefs and the actionable steps to heal yourself so you no longer pass on generational trauma to your children.

After experiencing postpartum depression, I turned back to my spiritual practices to not only heal myself, but connect back with Creator,  and my own inner wisdom.

I'm now here to help moms connect back with their divine essence and embody the sacred practices and healing to nurture themselves and children.
