Lou Sams (Zumba Heat)

Hi, my name is Lou Sams of Zumba-Heat and I would like to welcome you to all my Zumba and Aqua Zumba classes.
I am a very dedicated and passionate Zumba® Instructor and have the pleasure of bringing fun classes to EVERYONE - for all ABILITIES, AGES, SIZES, GENDERS and FITNESS LEVELS. My classes are easy to follow, inspirational, effective but above all fun!... So whether you are looking to BURN CALORIES, LOSE WEIGHT, TONE YOUR BODY, IMPROVE YOUR FITNESS or to simply FEEL GOOD and make NEW FRIENDS then these are the classes for you!
You do not need to be a dancer or have any dance background because, 'as long as you are moving, you are working out'!!! I believe exercise should be fun and because you will be enjoying yourself you won't realise how much you are working out - big time!
So please come join us all where there are never any 'wrong moves ' just a fab, fun time with lovely people, guaranteed! I look forward to seeing you in class!! Whoop whoop!! xxx
