Welcome and thank you for visiting my channel!  I’m a Board Certified Pelvic Health Therapist specializing in treating various types of conditions in the areas of pelvic health rehabilitation, chronic pain management and injury prevention.

My approach to patient care is unique and effective as I combine my clinical experience with holistic, hands-on treatments in an inclusive, safe and compassionate environment.

With almost 20 yrs in clinical practice, It’s been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career to serve patients & clients who have struggled with chronic conditions. As a mother of two and a former athlete, I have a personal history of pelvic pain, & postpartum problems.  So I deeply empathize with my clients desperate to find care that gets to the root of their pain or dysfunction.
