The Weed Lady

After being sentenced to 87 months for unjust cannabis charges, entrepreneur and advocate Evelyn LaChapelle established the brand 87 and The Weed Lady in homage to her experience in prison as well as the future she's creating in cannabis. Like its founder, 87 is bigger than cannabis. With Evelyn's voice and story at the heart of the brand's foundation, 87 is a curated and collaborative product line and lifestyle platform that celebrates and reflects her community. Its launch begins with a luxe collection of branded essentials to celebrate and normalize the ritual of cannabis consumption while advocating for women who the criminal justice system has negatively impacted.
